Why is it necessary to cleanse your body system? Removing toxins from your system can offer many forms of relief from temporary sluggishness, dehydration, constipation, headaches, lower lactic acid, muscle pain, and fatigue. 

The idea of detoxing sounds good, right? Naturally, your body is always trying to eliminate what it doesn’t need via the digestive tract (stool), liver, kidneys (urine), and skin (perspiration). The universal solvent internally is water which corrects acidic Ph and antioxidant levels.

Start with two quarts or eight Ph alkaline waters from the Health Food Store and add two to three measuring teaspoons of baking soda (NaHCO3) and shake well. Add 3 to 5 grams of powdered Vitamin C (either buffered or plain ascorbic acid). Consume this drink first thing in the morning or last thing at night on an empty stomach. At night, take this detox mixture at least two to four hours after eating a small evening meal. Relieve yourself when dictated by nature. 

This is not a healing process, but rather a chance for your organs to rebalance the cell fluids and intercellular spaces by utilizing this solvent mixture. The intermingling of this new fluid with your existing body fluids helps to remove some of the diluted cellular debris. A once per week protocol of detoxing can be a gradual health lifestyle without creating any problems.

These guidelines are not to replace a meal or a low calorie diet but to give you additional help in cleansing. In the future you have a chance to recommit to eating more whole organic plant based foods.
